First, unless you need to be seen or you're going out to be tested, STAY HOME.
If you are having symptoms that are dissimilar to respiratory infections you've had in the past and need to be seen, please a schedule an appointment. Also, once you arrive at my office, phone me from your car to leave a message that you've arrived. I will call you back and let you know when the office is ready for you to come in. A sample for Covid testing will be collected at your appointment.
If you have mild symptoms, similar to cold or flu infections you've had in the past, and want to be tested but not seen, please see the the option below labeled, "COVID-19 testing without seeing a provider."
Most importantly, stay home and self-isolate until you know if you have Covid.
